Μικρά νεα και rumors για PS3 all in one Thread

Αν αυτά τα downloadables παίζανε σε PSP θα ήταν ευχής έργο!! Κάποια θα τα ξαναγόραζα! (και θα έβρισκα προσφορές από παιχνίδι που για κάποιο λόγο ξεπέρασα, όπως το Bully!).

Αλλά εμένα με ανησυχεί άλλο. Ένα rumour που βγήκε χωρίς λόγο και αιτία και με κατατρόμαξε. Εύχομαι αυτή η GDC να μην έχει δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις.

Kingdom Hearts III exclusive to Wii


The Rumour: The Square Enix/Disney action RPG series will be making its debut on Wii with Kingdom Hearts III. It will be exclusive to the Nintendo console.
Verdict: This rumour has been doing the rounds forever and it makes sense. While Kingdom Hearts is a favourite amongst hardcore Square fans, Disney sees it as a franchise that appeals to a younger audience. And what console is in a better position to appeal to kids than the Wii? We think this is a near certainty, with DS games to follow.

Μου ακουγεται ψιλολογικο φιλε desperate , αν κρινουμε απο το κοινο που υποστηριζει το Wii και το γεγονος οτι η SE ηδη φτιαχνει περιπου 3-4 τιτλους για PS3.

Να πω ότι υπάρχουν και σημεία "υπέρ" και "κατά".

Καταρχην ο Nakamura που κάνει το Versus 13, είναι αυτός που κάνει τη σειρά Kingdom Hearts. Φαίνεται εντυπωσιασμένος από το PS3 και είπε ότι η εμπειρία μέσα από το Versus, θα του φανεί χρήσιμη για τους επόμενους τίτλους που θα φτιάξει για το PS3.

Επίσης το Wii θα χαντακώσει έναν τίτλο που στην προηγούμενη γενιά ήταν τεχνολογικά πολύ πρωτοποριακό ακόμα και στο "αδύναμο" σε σχέση με τους ανταγωνιστές του PS2. Το να κάνουν το επόμενο Kingdom Hearts στο Wii θα το κάνει ίδιο, αν όχι πιο κακό με τους last-gen τίτλους.

Ακόμα η Disney που υποστηρίζει τόσο το blu-ray δεν βλέπω λόγο να μην θέλει να κάνει έναν τέτοιο τίτλο σε αυτό το φορμά.

Αλλά έχουμε και το άλλο... Η Disney πέρα από το Blu-Ray κοιτάει και το παραδάκι, οπότε λογικό να θέλει Wii που έχει περισσότερες πωλήσεις και έχει μπει σε περισσότερα σπίτια παιδιών, όπως λέει ο Valkyre. Επίσης το άτιμο το wiimote είναι ταμαμ για keyblade

Ουφ... Μέχρι να ανακοινώσει κάτι η ρημαδοSquare πολύ το φοβάμαι!!

"Washington (dbTechno) - The highly-anticipated Home for the Sony PS3 is apparently getting very close to release, as reports are also coming out that the in-game XMB for the PS3 is complete, which will allow for in-game and cross-game chatting, as well as the ability to pull up music and messages whenever you desire.
According to the Official PlayStation Forums, the PSedge dev kit has received an update.
The poster stated that there have been many new updates including new things added specifically for Home. One of the new big updates is that games must now be able to integrate into Home, and also has to support “Accomplishments” which are Sony’s answer to Xbox Live Achievement Points on the Xbox 360.
It was also noted that the in-game XMB for the PS3 is about ready to go.
It was stated that every single game which is coming out now for the PS3 will support the in-game XMB, and all older releases will be updated via a patch.
PS3 fans can rejoice, it seems that Home is not far away, and the in-game XMB is about ready to release, get set for the next PS3 firmware update!"

More PixelJunk Coming!

The PixelJunk series from Q-Games so far is made up of two games, PixelJunk Racers and the brilliant PixelJunk Monsters. These rather fine titles are about to be joined by a third, PixelJunk Eden, which looks very exciting indeed. With highly stylised visuals and an impressive soundtrack, the game looks like it will be a winner.

A trailer for ‘Eden’ can be seen here.

Even though the third title isn’t even finished yet, a fourth title is planned under the name PixelJunk Dungeons. It’s said to be a top-down dungeon crawler, but beyond that little else is know about this title right now. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear anything new.

Confirmed: Uncharted 2?

Obviously rumors will hit anything remotely successful, that means Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is no exception to that happening. As one of the most prolific games on the PlayStation 3, Drake left fans wanting an entirely new adventure as quick as possible.

Apparently, according to some news print, Uncharted 2 has been confirmed. Watch the video below and decide for yourself. Without an official announcement, it's hard to be anything but skeptical.

Νέο project από τη Ninja Theory

Η Ninja Theory, ο developer του Heavenly Sword, αλλά και του παλιότερου Kung Fu Chaos, φαίνεται πως ήδη εργάζεται πάνω σε ένα νέο project και αυτό γίνεται εμφανές από μια επίσκεψη στη σελίδα της, όπου ακόμα και το layout έχει αλλάξει.
Σύμφωνα με τα όσα γράφονται στο site, ο ομάδα εργάζεται αυτήν τη στιγμή πάνω σε ένα νέο project, γύρω από το οποίο δεν μπορούν για την ώρα να ειπωθούν περισσότερα, παρά μόνο πως θα είναι μια εξαιρετική δουλειά και μια ακόμα καλύτερη εμπειρία. Το περίεργο της όλης υπόθεσης είναι πως με μια πρώτη ματιά γίνεται εμφανές πως δεν πρόκειται για τη συνέχεια του Heavenly Sword, την οποία αναμένουν οι κάτοχοι PlayStation 3, μιας και όλα δείχνουν πως η χρονική περίοδος δεν είναι η ίδια με την αντίστοιχη της περιπέτειας της Nariko. Βέβαια, ακόμα είναι πολύ νωρίς για να βγουν τα πρώτα συμπεράσματα, ενώ είναι γνωστό πως το studio δουλεύει με τους δικούς του ρυθμούς. Υπομονή, λοιπόν...

Sony To Change The Way You Speak

At the game developers' conference yesterday, Sony and Vivox announced they'd established a partnership to create a new suite of awesome voice capabilities for online games.

Players will be able to access voice mail, voice fonts to synthesize player voices into in-game character voices, and the ability to receive external calls in SOE games.

The idea is, everyone online will use it, so rather than typing "Sup?" at that elf dude in Everquest 2, you can say "Sup?" into your headset and he'll hear you. Pretty cool.

The new advancements will come standard with SOE games, but also be free to use on any other game. Which is awesome.

"We're proud to offer this level of communication power and flexibility to gamers. These new voice services not only replace many of the voice chat options currently available but add a broad range of capabilities that streamline communication and empower gamers to maintain their online relationships in both the real and virtual worlds," said John Smedley, President of Sony Online Entertainment. "We are giving gamers the ultimate one-stop shop to stay in touch at all times."

Αυτο ειναι μεγαλο πληγμα κατα την προσωπικη μου αποψη...

Ο συγκεκριμενος ανθρωπος βοηθησε πολυ και ειναι πραγματικα συμπαθεις και μετρημενος στις δηλωσεις του παντα.Δεν ξερω γιατι φευγει , ποια ειναι η αιτια , αλλα αν φταιει η Sony που αποχωρει τοτε κανει μεγαλη βλακεια.Απανταχου gamers ανεξαρτητως κονσολας τρεφουν μεγαλο σεβασμο στο ονομα του.

Κριμα , πραγματικα.Εν τω μεταξυ ηταν τοσο αποτομη και χωρις να μας λενε την αιτια, η αποχωρηση του , που με βαζει σε ασχημες σκεψεις.
