    Further to our recent chat conversation, I am updating you through an e-mail.

    I do understand your concern about the delivery estimates of the order.

    I've checked your order # and found that the availability estimate for the item Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4) will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately, the item wasnt eligible for Release Day Delivery when you placed your order as the delivery address is a Greece address.

    We'll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information from our suppliers.

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
