Guitar Hero World Tour Facing Drum Issues?

Reader DarthMetalHope was scanning boards in advance of picking up Guitar Hero: World Tour today, and notices that for those who already have it, some are seeing sensitivity/operability problems with the drum kit. Enough that it's raising a big stink, and Activision has noticed. One PS3 gamer on IGN's boards says:

I went and started the drum trainer just to get a feel for the drums. I noticed right off the bat that the red pad only registered that I was hitting it softly even when I hit it hard. So when I got to the trainer about hitting certain accent notes harder I failed out every time, even if I hit the pad with all my might.

And a 360 player:

"Just picked up the full band version for 360, at first there was a problem with the pads registering, and the red pad just completely died a minute ago... Out of the box less than 3 hours..."

Drum Sensitivity Tuning Kit for Guitar Hero: World Tour

What’s that, you say? Your shiny new Guitar Hero: World Tour drums aren’t registering drum or cymbal hits? Well, that’s exactly what some OTHER people are saying, in the Guitar Hero forums over at the community site. In response, Activision, Red Octane and Neversoft have created a piece of software that will allow you to connect up your drum kit to a PC running Windows and increase the sensitivity of the drums. Pretty cool news, huh?
We know that Boot Camp support for Mac is there, but if any Mac users have tried running the software under Parallels, let us know about your experience.

Does anybody know if World Tour Bundle (with guitar, drums and mic) can be bought in Athens, and where? I will be coming to Athens in a couple of days, and I am hoping that I will be able to find it somewhere. Also, if it is available, what is the price for the bundle?

Δε νομιζω οτι κανεις σου ειπε κατι το αντιθετο Για διασκεδαση το παιρνουμε και οχι για να παμε μετα σε καμια συναυλια χεχε.
Μπορει καποιου να του αρεσει η μουσικη αλλα να μη παιζει καποιο οργανο (σοουτ πονηρα μυαλα) ή να μην ειναι και το χομπι του ή να μην εχει χρονο να μαθει ή χιλια δυο. Αν καποιον ειναι πωρομενος με τη μουσικη με τι κιθαρα κτλ θα παει να αγορασει κιθαρα και θα κατσει να μαθει. Αν καποιος απλα θελει να κανει το χαβαλε του θα παιξει guitar hero. Απλα

Έχω την εντύπωση ότι πολύ δύσκολα θα βρεις online κατάστημα που να στέλνει στο εξωτερικό τέτοια μεγάλα πακέτα. Το game.co.uk πχ δε στέλνει πακέτα με βάρος πάνω από 1 κιλό. Αν θες να το πάρεις απ'έξω τότε καλύτερα να κοιτάξεις προς ebay μεριά.

Καλησπέρα. Έχω να μπω μήνες στο φόρουμ διότι έχω απογοητευτεί από το ps3 και το wii μου και παίζω μόνο το 360 που έχω και κόπιες. Αλλά το guitar hero τα σπάει σε όλες τις κονσόλες! Μιλάμε ότι τα ντραμς έχουν τρελό γέλιο...
