It seems Far Cry 5, the latest game in Ubisofts Far Cry series, could be released later this year, as the game appears on a GameStop release date list. SG Gaming Info was made aware of a potential upcoming Far Cry 5 release, via GameStops PlayStation 4 Software Upcoming Releases list.
Far Cry 5 was listed for a November 26, 2017, release, which is likely a placeholder date as the 26th is a Sunday (new video games are primarily released on Fridays in Ireland). To see if the listing was accurate, SG Gaming Info contacted a local GameStop and quoted the SKU code that was attached to Far Cry 5. The GameStop employee who I talked to confirmed that the SKU code was attached to Far Cry 5 and that GameStop had the game down for a November 2017 release.
