Μικροτερες αναγκες ψυξης/καταναλωση ενεργειας και κοστους παραγωγης για την sony...νομιζω το 65nm πρωτοεμφανιστηκε στα fat 80gb και το ειχε και η πρωτη παρτιδα των slim 120gb (CECH2004A)....
