Unfortunately, we have not been able to process this order as we were unable to have the payment authorised onto the registered payment card. It could be that your card has now expired, or you have changed your card details.
For security reasons we require you to give us call to confirm your card details and we will then be able to process this for you. Please call us on 0207 467 1109. We're open 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
