Σε περίπου 40 λεπτά pre-show εδώ.

Setting
-Battlefield 1 is, as rumoured, taking the action back a hundred years to World War I – that’s why it's called Battlefield 1, duh, even though the title is a tad confusing.
-The game will take players all over the globe as it tracks the first ever World War. Players will get up close and personal in the Western Front, get frosty in the mountains of Italy and its huge Alpine fort, get cavalry'd up on the red sands of the Arabian Desert, fight from the forests and open fields of France, and more. There’s trench combat, close quarters urban combat, epic land combat, sea combat, air combat (in tri-planes!) and more.
Weapons
-Gone are your red dot sights and futuristic weapons. Instead, you’re going to be getting down and dirty with classic World War I weapons. There’s the usual array of sniper rifles, bolt-action rifles, pistols, shotguns, machine guns, and everything else you’d expect from a World War I set military shooter.
-There are flamethrowers too. Yes, flamethrowers. Look at the screen above for proof. See?
-On top of all of that players will get to make use of gas grenades and gas masks, all in keeping with the World War I theme and setting.
-Players can call in artillery to clear the trenches.
-DICE has made efforts to make melee combat more up close and personal and thanks to the bayonet, players can spear opponents to their heart's content.
-It's not just bayonets though; players can take melee weapons into combat as well – each of which have different pros and cons. Melee weapons like shovels – yes, shovels – can be taken onto the battlefield with you.
Vehicles
-There'll be a ton of new land, air and sea vehicles in Battlefield 1.
-Different variations of each vehicle class will exist, each with their own strengths and weakness. For instance, there'll be light tanks, heavy tanks, and so on, and each one will have situations in which they'll excel.
-In the air players will be able to pilot – and be gunners – on bi-planes, do bombing runs in bombers and the teaser trailer even pointed to the appearance of Zeppelins, or huge airships, if you must.
-In the sea, players will be able to captain a wide number of boats, from small infantry boats to huge battleships.
-What about submarines? Well, there was no specific mention of them per se – apart from when Lars Gustavsson, Design Director at DICE talked about the history of Battlefield, but considering their prominence during World War I, you'd hope they'd be there in some capacity.
-There was a train in the Arabian Desert in the footage we saw. We're not sure of the relevance of it or the part it will play as yet, but I feel like it's worth mentioning.
Horses
-Yes, there will be horses in Battlefield 1, as seen in the debut trailer. Quite how big a part they will play remains to be seen though, with DICE being cagey about what their role will be. Aleksander Grψndal, Senior Producer at DICE, said: "horses are awesome and they’re in the trailer… and I can’t say much more. Ha."
-They're in the trailer, so surely they’ll play a fairly significant part, we're guessing.
Destruction
-Very little was said on destruction, but Gustavsson said this: "It is something we’re definitely pushing forward in this game and the dynamic battlefield is such a big part of the offering."
-Grondal added: "We actually got feedback that there was too much destruction, which is the first time we ever had that feedback, which is good. I think the feedback was there was too little cover, if I remember correctly, so we have to strike the right balance when it comes to destruction on a multiplayer map so it doesn’t become open fields of nothingness."
Multiplayer
-Unsurprisingly, Battlefield 1 will feature 64-player combat.
-The usual class system remains in Battlefield 1, with assault, medic, scout and support classes to choose from.
-DICE has introduced what they call "persistent squads," whereby players can go from experience to experience with one another with their squad of 5-players.
-There will be weapon customisation.
Campaign
-DICE noted that the Battlefield campaign will have "more Battlefield" in it.
-Grondal touched upon it when he said: "We wanted to add more Battlefield in the Battlefield campaign. It sounds really stupid, but what it really means is that we want to add a variety of vehicles, add more gameplay choices, more player choice to create those unique personal experiences. It’ll definitely be more like a Battlefield campaign."
-Grondal said that the story will be about the "destiny of several different people and how they react to the world as it changes around them, so we will be providing you with multiple different perspectives of what’s happening in the world during this time."
Release Details
-Battlefield 1 will release globally on October 21st, 2016.
-There will be a public beta for Battlefield 1 later on this year, which people can sign up to via Battlefield Insider on Battlefield.com.
-Xbox One owners will be able to play first with EA Access' play first trials.
-Players who pre-order the "Early Enlister Version" can play Battlefield 1 three days earlier on October 18th, 2016
