Μόλις βγεί το Day of the Tentacle θα πάω να το πάρω τρέχοντας και θα προσκυνήσω την ποιότητα του. Είμαι πανευτυχής που το βγάζουν στο υπερ μηχάνημα μας τόσα χρόνια μετά το πρωτότυπο και δεκάδες φορές ωραιότερο οπτικά.

Αναμενεται remake του Target Earth για το PS4 με την ονομασια Assault Suit Leynos.

Το παιχνιδι ειχε κυκλοφορησει το 1990 σε Sega Mega Drive και Genesis.




Τα παρακατω βιντεο ειναι απο την εκδοση του PS4 αλλα σε χαμηλοτερη αναλυση (το remake θα παιζει σε 1080p). Επισης ειναι ακομα αγνωστο αν θα κυκλοφορησει και στην Ευρωπη.

Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection’s Box Art Revealed

Online-based retailer Amazon has released the potential cover art for developer Quantic Dream’s upcoming Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection.

The Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection’s box art was spotted on Amazon Italy’s listing for the product (via Gematsu), with the PlayStation 4 cover combining the artwork featured on the PlayStation 3 versions of Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls (see the image on the right).
Amazon Italy has Quantic Dream’s two-title PS4 bundle currently priced at €39.99, while the retailer’s UK and U.S. websites are yet to officially list the Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection.
Last month, the PS4 remaster of Beyond: Two Souls was released as a digital download on the PlayStation Store. Recently, Quantic Dream announced that Beyond: Two Souls’ companion app, Beyond Touch, is now fully functional in connecting Android devices to the PS4.
The Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection, which was announced at E3 2015, will launch on March 1, 2016, in North America, March 2 in Europe and March 4 in the UK for PS4.

Valkyria Chronicles PS4 Remaster Confirmed for North America, Europe

Limited edition Squad 7 Armored Case available for pre-order.

Sega has announced the remastered version of Valkyria Chronicles for PlayStation 4 will be available in Europe and North America from spring 2016.
The game will be released digitally and physically in both regions, but there will be limited run of Squad 7 Armored Editions available to pre-order in North America. This version features a unique case adorned with members of the Squad 7 militia players control in the game.
The game carries a pricetag of $29.99/CA$44.99. A price for the UK and other European territories has not be specified as of yet.

The remastered version of Valkyria Chronicles runs in 1080p at 60 frames per second. It supports English and Japanese audio, includes all the original DLC, and introduces Trophy support.
A Valkyria Chronicles Remastered feature list, as supplied by Sega, can be found below, along with screenshots from the game.

• HDCanvas Graphics Engine - The stunning, painterly graphics return, but this time in 1080p/60fps high definition quality! Battles and cutscenes are conveyed like a vibrant tapestry in motion.

Redux promises an upgraded visual engine and rebalanced gameplay, plus new enemies and weaponry.

Αυτη ειναι η 3η επανεκδοση ενος παιχνιδιου που κυκλοφορησε αρχικα το 2012.
Να πω οτι ειναι classic και αξιζει την επανακυκλοφορια δεν το νομιζω, απλα ακολουθουν και αυτοι τη μοδα redux/remastered.

Βασικά το Steam έχει πάρα πολύ καλές κριτικές. Εγώ πρώτη φορά το ακούω αλλά καλώς να μας έρθει και αυτό

Οι κριτικες ειναι απλα καλες (7.3 metacritic), το δε game ειναι ενα old-school FPS τυπου Serious Sam, Painkiller.
Δεν ειναι game της εμβελειας π.χ. των Shadow of the Beast, Grim Fandango που ηταν κορυφη στις εποχες τους.
Απλα ο developer μετα το Shadow Warrior (remake αυτο) ειδε οτι υπαρχει ψωμι στις κονσολες
και αποφασισε να στρεψει το ενδιαφερον του και εκει εκτος απο το pc.
Τεσπα milking και σε αυτο, εδω εγιναν remaster κατι Prototype, Deadpool, Legend of Kay σε αυτο θα κολλησουμε;

Οι διαφορες ειναι οντως ελλαχιστες, περα απο το IQ δεν ειδα καποια αλλη αλλαγη, αντε το πολυ πολυ να εχει και καλυτερες σκιες, αλλα μεχρι εκει. Εγω επεσα ακομα και σε bug απο την εποχη της εκδοσης του ps3, ευτυχως με ενα restart εστρωσε.

Mπορω απο αυτο το βημα να δωσω και επισημα στο Re4 το γκινεζ περισσοτερων επανακυκλοφοριων.

Άρα θα ασχοληθώ μια και καλή με τη σειρά στο 4 μου φαίνεται. Ωραία νέα.

Σε μερικα σημεία φαίνεται μεγάλη η διαφορά. Το παιχνίδι βέβαια θα το ξαναγόραζα και καμία διαφορά να μην είχε πέρα της ανάλυσης.
