Το μόνο που βρίσκω στο Youtube είναι ένα trailer που δείχνει ένα τρακαρισμένο αμάξι και κάτι γράμματα! Δεν μου λέει τίποτα αυτό ρε σύ!

Παντως το Dear Esther,το προηγουμενο παιχνιδι των δημιουργων, ειναι απο τα πιο ψαγμενα/φιλοσοφικα "παιχνιδια" αν μπορεις να το αποκαλεσεις ετσι που εχουν βγει το τελευταιο καιρο για ΠΙΣΙ.
Οποιος μπορει ας το τσιμπησει σε καμια προσφορα.
<-ειναι το walkthrough aka εχει σποιλερς.
Κατσε το ειδα ξανα στο youtube app του κινητου διαρκει 1 46 και αρχισει με εναν να γραφει σε εναν υπολογιστη or sth και μετα μιλαει ο αφηγητής. Και τελειωνει the story begins with thwle end of the world.
Δημητρη ρε συ δεν ξερω μου αρεσε το ολο υφος του teaser, εξάλλου ουτε trailer ειναι ουτε walkthrough video / demo , οποτε δεν περιμενα κατι τρομερο, για τα γραφικά συμφωνω δεν μου φανηκαν για next gen. :-P

Ελα ρε.. Αυτοί το φτιάχνουν?? Πολύ ατμοσφαιρικό το Dear Esther.. Οχι ακριβώς game, αλλά σαν ιστορία που τη ζεις.. Ομορφο..
Οπότε messi αφού είναι αυτή η ομάδα μην περιμένεις κάτι που να έχει οποιαδήποτε σχέση με Last of us.. Ούτε καν τίτλο ΑΑ ποιότητας.. Θα είναι ωραίο και ατμοσφαιρικό σαν παιχνίδι, αλλα λογικά μέχρι εκεί.. Θα δείξει βέβαια, αφού δεν ξέρουμε τπτ ακόμα!

Βασικα δεν ειπα για κλωνο Last of Us or sth. Ειπα να παρει στοιχεια απ' το last of us δλδ τις λιγες σφαιρες και γενικοτερα το survival feeling του (an φυσικα ειναι τετοιου ειδπυς παιχνιδι, αλλιως τζαμπα μιλαμε τοση ωρα). Τωρα γιατι λες οτι δεν πρόκειται να ειναι AAA δεν καταλαβαινω, δεν το εχουμε δει καν...

Εννοω οτι λογικα δεν θα ειναι παιχνιδι που θα πουλησει 3-4 εκ. κομματια.. Το λεω κρινοντας απο αυτα που εχουν βγαλει ως τωρα. Μακαρι να βγω λαθος και να ειναι παιχνιδαρα!

Μην είναι όμως ενα Dear Esther 2, ξεκίνησα το παιχνίδι και περίμενα να γινει κατι.. και επί 1 ώρα γυρνούσα στο νησί και έλεγα "Τώρα θα πετύχω κανέναν γρίφο"... "τώρα θα μου πεταχτεί τίποτα...".. αλλά μάταια έκανα μια ωραία ψηφιακή βόλτα και άκουσα μια ωραία ιστορία.. ευτυχώς αν θυμάμαι καλά το πήρα σε bundle οπότε οκ...

The Chinese Room is known for making some truly beautiful environmental art and it seems the trend will continue with Everybody’s Gone to Rapture. If you’ve played Dear Esther, you’ll know how much care and detail the developers put into their environments which is pretty exciting considering this is their first time working with CryEngine 3 and will be the first of their games to release on a console rather than a PC.
Late last month, the developer also responded to a question regarding their presence at E3. The Chinese Room rep running the Twitter account didn’t sound so sure if they would be there or not saying they, “Hope so, but don’t wait up for a game showing”. They also made sure to note that the game may or may not come out this year as an enthusiastic fan asked about a “promised” 2014 release date to which the account responded with, “It wasn’t ever promised in 2014.”The Chinese Room @ChineseRoom Follow

If you already know The Chinese Room, youll know that we make story-driven games. Creating a rich, deep world with strong drama and exceptional production values is key to what were all about. Rapture is set in a remote valley in June 1984 and is a story about people and how they live with each other. But its also about the end of the world.

Rapture is inspired by the fiction of John Wyndham, J. G. Ballard, John Christopher and other authors who deal with ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances. Theres a very particular English feel that we wanted to capture in the game, a combination of the epic and the intimate. Rapture also came from our obsession with post-apocalyptic gaming, and the simple idea that whilst we normally play as the hero, in reality, most of us would be the piles of ash and bone littering the game world. Thats an interesting place to start telling a story.
Our approach is to create a game that you can utterly immerse yourself in. Yaughton Valley, where Rapture takes place, is a living, breathing world. The world of Rapture is not just a backdrop; its a character in its own right. Its great working with PS4 as its processing power makes a game like this possible for a team our size.
The game is all about discovery. Its open-world so you have the freedom to explore wherever you like, visiting areas in an order you define, and the story is written to allow this whilst making sure every player has a strong dramatic experience. Its a type of storytelling that is completely unique to games. The choices you make as a player have a direct impact on how you understand the story the more you explore and interact, the deeper you are drawn into Raptures world.
In the build up to E3, weve suddenly seen the game leap forwards you spend a long time working on disparate elements in early production and its fantastic to now find ourselves in a world that springs to life week by week. Were really excited, and hope the trailer, screenshots and an exclusive music track will make you excited too!

Alongside that, the art team have been incredibly busy churning out the volume of assets a game like this requires. It's really made us realise that the way we've always talked about the game, not as an ‘indie’ title, but a short-form AAA, is definitely the most accurate way of talking about it. Making sure everything produced is historically accurate, to really sell a complete and compelling fictionalised version of rural England in the 1980s is a big challenge, but we've got an absolutely wonderful art team, including three amazing young artists all working on their first professional title, so we're very lucky. Alongside the environment art, our resident VFX genius has been creating some extraordinary visuals that are really unique and create a stunning layer of mystery in the game. Behind them, there's a lot of complex design and code, keeping a large open-world running at a steady frame-rate without compromising the visual quality, and creating an AI system that balances its mechanical role with really communicating a sense of life and agency. Often, the behind-the-scenes stuff is difficult to identify, but it's the spine of the experience and takes a long time to get right - usually something that is still getting tinkered with right up to beta.We're well past the half-way point, we can say that. It's always been a tough game to talk about, because it's a mystery, and that mystery is woven into the fabric of everything. There are clues in the screenshots accompanying this blog, just as there are in this new music track we hope you love as much as we do. We can't tell you anything about the story without potentially spoiling it, so you're going to have to be patient on that front, but we're really pleased with how a story as non-linear as this is all falling together in a way that is really powerful and engaging which, after all, was always the whole point.The core thing about Rapture is atmosphere and story - a deep, engrossing, emotionally driven tale set in a living, breathing world, and that's a combination of lots of things from environmental storytelling to vocal performances. We went into the studio with a stunning cast in late September and integrated all of the scenes into the game during autumn, and we're really proud of the performances. We worked with a brilliant voice director and were lucky to attract some wonderful actors, and Sony supported us using a longer rehearsal period to be able to workshop the script and really get deeply into the nuances of the characters that you'd normally get. We think the results speak for themselves. Supporting those performances with foley, visualisations and art is the major task ahead of us now.
