PS Vita system software update 3.10 out today
New calendar feature added, 100 app limit increased

Hi everyone. Today we’re releasing PlayStation Vita system software update version 3.10 with lots of exciting new features.


Home screen

Good news for you all – you will now be able to display over 100 applications on Homescreen. The limit has been increased to 500 icons.

Messages

You will now be able to exchange voice messages. The PS4 has the same feature so you can exchange voice messages with your friends who are playing PS4.

Parental controls

We have enhanced the parental control features. You will be able to restrict PS Store access, and with a children’s age guide for each level it is easier to find the right level for your children. We’ve also added an information guide for TrendMicro web security.

Calendar

With the Calendar app, you’ll be able to create gameplay events with your friends and sync your calendar with Google Calendar. You’ll also be able to invite your friends to share events by using Messages and Email.

Content Manager

You can check and manage Memory Card usage with Manage Content on Memory Card.

Ωραίος

To όριο των 100 εφαρμογών ήταν δεσμευτικό, κατά τα άλλα ήθελαν να πουλήσουν 32GB και 64GB κάρτες όταν η ίδια συσκευή είχε περιορισμούς.

Eνημέρωσα και τον τίτλο του thread γιατί θα γρινιάζει πάλι ο Νεκτάριος.

PS Vita Update 3.10 Adds DualShock 4 Support for PS Vita TV, Keyboards and More Unannounced Features

Today Sony Computer Entertainment released the software update 3.10 for the PS Vita. However, there’s one feature that was left out from the official announcement and didn’t even appear on our western Vita units during the update. Support for the DualShock 4 controller has been added to the PS Vita TV, that previously supported only the DualShock 3.


The addition of the new controller was a quite anticipated move between PS Vita TV users, as it could open the door to a better support of many PS Vita titles. Regrettably the DualShock 4 still won’t work with the normal portable PS Vita. I bet you were hoping for a moment. I was too.


The PS Vita TV is also getting PlayStation Mobile support with this update.


Luckily there are a few quite useful and unannounced features that do involve our portable units. First of all Bluetooth keyboard support (that was previously available only for the PS Vita TV) has been extended to all PS Vitas

Kαλά θα ήταν να δούλευε το DS4 και με το κανονικό Vita.

Mετά το τελευταίο firmware η εφαρμογή Content Manager Assistant στο PC χρειάζεται update για να συνδεθεί με το Vita,
μετά θα σας ζητήσει κι ένα rebuild database, οπωσδήποτε στο τέλος επανεκκινήστε και τα Windows.

Kαλά θα ήταν να δούλευε το DS4 και με το κανονικό Vita.

δουλεύει με remote play πάντως




πάντως με ενα vita tv το οποίο θα είναι στο ίδιο router με το PS4 ( Remote Play ), μπορούμε να έχουμε σε ένα άλλο δωμάτιο τα παιχνίδια του PS4 με DS4 κ όλας, not bad....

Βασικά μια χαρά ήμουν :33 έγινε το πρώτο μήνυμα, :34~:35 το δεύτερο και :37 το τρίτο, απλά με κάθε νέο post μου που γινόταν merge άλλαζε και ο χρόνος στο αρχικό μου μήνυμα.

Σόρυ για το offtopic, το τράβηξα λίγο παραπάνω ίσως.

Εχουμε χάσει επεισόδια...
το system update γίνεται πλέον στο background σαν να κατεβάζεις κάποιο παιχνίδι/εφαρμογή,
θα ανεβάσω μετά screenshot γιατί δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί χωρίς sign-in στο content manager.

Σε μένα πάντως δεν το έκανε έτσι Οδυσσέα, πήγα να δω για update μέσα από το system και μου έβγαλε ότι έχει διαθέσιμο 3.12 και πάτησα και το έκανε όπως παλιά με την μπάρα που κατεβάζει, σε εσένα μάλλον σε πρόλαβε το plus auto update και το κατέβασε.

Kι εγώ χειροκίνητα το έκανα όπως το περιγράφεις απλά δεν προχώρησε η μπάρα και με πήγε στην αρχική οθόνη,
εκεί διαπίστωσα ότι έχω notification που κατεβάζει το update.
