Ναι αυτο εννοουσα Slay, ετσι περιμενα (και οχι μονο εγω) αλλα οπως αποδειχθηκε δεν εκανε την παραμικρη διαφορα.Απεναντιας τα νουμερα του PS3 για την επομενη εβδομαδα στην Ιαπωνια, θα ειναι σαφως μεγαλυτερα καθως το Yakuza 3 κυκλοφορησε εκει και την πρωτη μερα μονο εκανε πωλησεις πανω απο 100000.Οποτε σιγουρα θα εχει καλυτερες πωλησεις και στο Hardware.To Yakuza ειναι δημοφιλεστατη σειρα για τους ιαπωνες.

SimExchange reports that this month, the PS3 will probably shift more units than the 360, something it has not done since the end of 2007. Sales of the two consoles have been fairly similar since then, with the 360 selling just that bit more than the PS3. Though there have been conflicting reports through the NPD that show the PlayStation 3 has been consistently outselling the Xbox 360 throughout 2008 thus far, however, the NPD does not take Wal-mart into account when tallying up their totals.
SimExchange is a website that lets people play around with virtual stocks concerning the video game market, so validity of these claims are questionable. In the real world, sales of the PS3 were good last week, so maybe there is some truth in what they say?
What’s driving these sales is a mystery, but unfortunately the poor sods will be lumped with 40 gig units.

Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg has said that he expects Sony’s PlayStation 3 to have outsold the Xbox 360 in February, in what he labels as a “hallow victory” for the rival platform holder.
The Xbox 360 Group Product Manager told next-gen.biz, “Our expectation is that because of our shortages at retail during February, we will sell less than PS3.”
“That’s not a surprise to us. I don’t know what Sony’s reaction will be to that, but it will definitely be a bit of a hollow victory. The competition sure didn’t show up [in February].”
Despite this, Greenberg noted that the Xbox 360 has outsold the by as much as two-to-one “every single month” when the console has been in stock.
Full US NPD figures are expected later today.

Every company has to put some spin on the monthly NPD numbers. But this month, Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg is taking a preemptive strike. NPD numbers will come out later this today, and already Microsoft is trash-talking the PS3. "Our expectation is that because of our shortages at retail during February, we will sell less than PS3," he told Next Gen. "That's not a surprise to us. I don't know what Sony's reaction will be to that, but it will definitely be a bit of a hollow victory. The competition sure didn't show up [in February]."
However, it looks like MS is also conceding March figures as well, saying that their so-called supply issues will be rectified in April. "By April, we will be in a very healthy inventory situation," he told Reuters. This is a crucial month for both console manufacturers, as the release of Grand Theft Auto IV will certainly stir up the charts. Will Xbox 360's exclusive DLC make an impact on console sales?
Greenberg then further puts the PS3 in doubt, and its use of Blu-ray. "I can tell you that we're not currently in talks with Sony or the Blu-ray disc association regarding integrating Blu-ray to the Xbox 360 experience," Greenberg says. "And we don't know what will happen to Blu-ray. Is it the next DVD, or the next UMD? Your guess is as good as ours ... we don't expect [Blu-ray's win] to give a boost to PS3 sales, and we don't expect it to impact our sales. Frankly, we think it's the games that sell the consoles."

Ένταξει απλά ..ΗΜΑΡΤΟΝ, συγκρίνει το UMD με το blue ray. Το Umd που πήγε να καθιερωθεί στο "ξεκολιασμένο" απο κάθε άποψη psp με το blue ray που πρόκειται να μπεί στο σπίτι του καθενώς είτε σαν επιτραπέζια συσκευή , είτε σαν drive στον υπολογιστή, είτε σαν ps3. Τώρα αν η MS δε το θέλει για το μπρίκι της, τα δικά της μάτια θα βγάλει.
Λόγια πανικού θα έλεγε κανείς. Και καλά το ξέραμε :rofl: Ωραία τα λέει το παλικάρι, "τον Aπρίλιο θα ανακάμψει το xbox" λες και θα έχει και άλλη ευκαιρία :fryingpan:
Αυτές οι δηλώσεις απο rep των εταιριών ωρες ώρες είναι για τα μπάζα. Ήθελα να'ξερα πόσο τους πληρώνουν αυτούς και με τι προσόντα τους προσλαμβανουν.

Αρχισαν οι κινησεις πανικου, εχουμε προβλημα με τον εφοδιασμο, δεν πιστευουμε οτι θα αυξησει τις πωλησεις τους το blu-ray, εχω περιεργεια να δω τι θα λενε οταν θα καταληξουν στην τριτη θεση.
"Η νέα μας κονσόλα είναι πολύ μπροστά από τον ανταγωνισμό!!"
