Bionic Commando


Capcom surprised a lot of people today by resuscitating one of their old franchise: Bionic Commando (http://www.gamersyde.com/game_1434_en.html) to be released on PS3, 360 and PC. Some of you guys certainly remember the old NES and Gameboy games fondly. Also worth mentioning is that the game is being developed by the swedish studio GRIN, so far not really known for their great games. But we'll see, hopefully everything will go well.

Bionic Commando PS3 has Achievements


Ben Judd, the Producer of Capcom’s forthcoming Bionic Commando, has revealed that the PlayStation 3 version of the game will include its own reward system known as ‘Trophies’, which acts in a similar manner to the Xbox 360's own achievements.

Judd explained that players would be faced with a variety of "mini challenges" in addition to the game’s main objectives, such as defeating a large group of foes, or performing a series of zip-kicks in conjunction with the grappling hook.

Elsewhere, he also touched on the game’s story, suggesting, "there is a message" hidden the narrative, which aims to explore the idea of Man vs. Machine, in addition to the vulnerability of the central character after he is robbed of his powers.Πηγή: http://www.psu.com/PS3-Bionic-Commando-to-feature-reward-trophies--a0002825-p0.php
