Nobilis and Frozenbyte are bringing a new fantasy action game to the PC and PlayStation Network next year. Trine allows players to "create and use physics-based objects to beat hazardous puzzles and threatening enemies." Players will control three heroes that must use the "Trine" to save the kingdom from -- you guessed it -- evil.

Players can freely choose between one of three characters at any time: The Wizard is able to summon objects to help solve puzzles and create new ways to overcome obstacles, the Thief uses her agility and dead-on accuracy to swiftly surprise the monsters, and the Warrior unleashes mayhem and physical destruction wherever he goes.

"This is the first game we publish on the PlayStation® Network and we are thrilled to work with Frozenbyte on this very exciting game project!" declares Arnaud Blacher, CEO of Nobilis Group.

Το παιχνιδι φαινετε εκπληκτικο με παρα πολυ ομορφα γραφικα,τοπια,κλασσικο ομορφο platform gameplay και κυριως πανεμορφη μουσικη.Ευτυχως που υπαρχουν και τετοια παιχνιδια που προσφερουν διασκεδαστικο retro gameplay και ταυτοχρονα ειναι και φτηνα.
Αναμενω να μαθω περισσοτερα για αυτο το game.

Μου θυμιζει το pandemonium, ενα εξαιρετικο platform της crystal dynamics για το psone.
Το psn εχει αναγκη απο περισσοτερα παιχνιδια σαν αυτο πιστευω.

It's absolutely gorgeous, and seems reminiscent of classic 2D adventure/puzzle titles like Flashback, Out of This World (http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:void%280%29), and Oddworld: Abe's Odyssey. Trine comes from Finnish developer Frozenbyte, with staff members who've worked on such titles as Super Stardust HD (in fact, the trailer's music definitely sounds like it's from Super Stardust HD composer Ari Pulkkinen).

According to the information released so far, the game has you creating and using physics-based objects to defeat enemies and get through puzzles (you can see this in the trailer). It features three heroes, each with his or her own abilities (the wizard summons objects, the thief uses agility, and the warrior offers physical destruction), and you can choose which one you want to use at any time.

The best news, though, is that it's not far off -- Trine will release in Spring of 2009. We can't wait to see more.

πολύ ωραίο game όντως αν και το έχω στο pc,το δυο το steam γράφει ότι θα βγει τον Δεκέμβριο (φέτος) αλλά δεν ξέρω αν και πότε θα βγει για κονσόλα!!

Τρομερο παραμυθακι οχι για την ιστορια του που ειναι κλασικη αλλα η ολη ατμοσφαιρα βαζει κατω πολλα δηθεν παιχνιδια!

ένα game που μέχρι προχθές δεν ήξερα ότι υπάρχει καν ...
ψάχνοντας για κάτι άσχετο στο net , διάβασα για το επερχόμενο trine 2 και μου άρεσε αρκετά , έτσι έμαθα ότι υπάρχει και το 1ο trine !:a038-1:

Διάβασα κριτικές , είδα youtube κτλ και έμεινα ενθουσιασμένος και αμέσως έψαξα να δω που και πόσο υπάρχει ,για να μην το βρίσκω πουθενά για αγορά (παρα μόνο για pc) μετά κατάλαβα πως είναι μόνο downloadable από το το store ....χαχα

Λοιπόν για να μην το κουράζω το κατέβασα χθες επαιξα την 1η πίστα μόνο γιατι δεν είχα χρόνο και με έχει κερδίσει , είναι σίγουρα ένα από τα πιο καλά games στο psn (εφόσον σας αρέσει το είδος πάντα) , εμένα αυτό platform στοιχείο μαζί με τους 3 διαφορετικούς χαρακτήρες που ο καθένας έχει και άλλες ιδιότητες (σαν να χρειάζονται όλοι για να λύσει ο καθένας ένα και καλά Puzzle ...) το απογειώνει το game !
βλέπεις η γενιά του 70κάτι δεν κρύβεται....:c030:

υπάρχει στα 9€ απο το eu store για όποιον τον ενδιαφέρει , επίσης για τους τροπαιοκυνηγούς έχει ακόμα και πλατίνα .

Αυτό που δεν διάβασα ακόμα είναι αν το νο2 το οποίο βγαίνει στις 9/12 θα βγει και για Ps3 !
Αλλά και να μην βγει θα είναι μετά από πολλά χρόνια το 1ο game που θα αγοράσω original στο PC ! :k020:
ήδη το zavvi το έχει στα 18€ την συλλεκτική μαζί με το 1ο game , artbook και soundtrack μέσα !
